Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By completing an order, you agree to these terms.
 

1. Provider
The online shop is operated by a company based in Ukraine. Shipping is carried out from Ukraine to destinations worldwide.
 

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.
 

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices on the website are displayed in euros (EUR) for standardization and convenience for international users. However, the official payment currency is the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

Payment for goods is made in UAH. The final amount in hryvnias is automatically calculated based on the euro equivalent using the current exchange rate indicated on the checkout page. On that page, users are additionally informed that “The amount will be charged in UAH according to the current exchange rate.”

For user convenience, product listings may also display price equivalents in United States dollars (USD). The EUR and USD amounts are provided for informational purposes only and are calculated based on the current exchange rate published on the website xe.com.

In case of any discrepancies, the amount payable in UAH as shown during the checkout process shall prevail.

All prices include applicable statutory taxes but do not include delivery costs, unless stated otherwise.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Payment must be received in full before the order is shipped.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process.

Please note that customs or import duties may apply for international deliveries. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. For more details, please refer to our separate Return Policy.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
 

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
 

7. Liability
We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
 

8. Data Protection

9. Applicable Law
All contracts are subject to the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
