Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, we offer you the option to return it and receive a refund.
 

1. Return Period
You have the right to return items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
 

2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition;
• All tags and original packaging are intact;
• The return is initiated after notifying our customer support in advance.
 

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
– Underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene-related items;
– Custom-made or personalized products;
– Items showing visible signs of use.
 

3. Return Procedure
To request a return, please complete the form on the Request a Return page and provide your order number and reason for return.

We will then send you the return instructions by e-mail.

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 2 to 10 banking days.
 

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
• The item was delivered damaged or defective;
• The return is due to an error on our part.
